Objectives:

Provide a conceptual framework for how anxious functioning pervades the organization environment.
Teach clinical techniques that the counselor & social worker may utilize in the effective reduction of anxiety.
Utilize coaching principles in both the instructional approach and in the workshop content.
Discuss how the substance abusing employee impacts relationships in the workplace
Provide a framework and tools for coaching others how to manage their emotions in the workplace.
